At Stanley 1913, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original shipping box or a similar secure package.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the barcode is visible and all previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
